Tony Kushner, Laurie Garrett, Daniel Mendelsohn, John le Carre (I love spy tales! ), James Ellroy (and complicated mysteries! ), Anne Applebaum, Masha Gessen, Dr. Jacques Pepin, who penned the classic “The Origins of AIDS, ” Timothy Snyder on different holocausts.
